Introduction
The Medical Tourism project for PureHealth was designed to streamline the process of seeking healthcare abroad, offering patients a clear, organized, and trustworthy experience. I worked as a UI/UX Designer, focusing on both the website and internal dashboard to support patients, coordinators, and medical staff throughout the journey.
The goal was to create a digital platform that addresses the unique challenges of medical tourism: providing transparent service information, facilitating treatment bookings, and giving administrators an efficient way to manage international patient workflows. By integrating intuitive user flows, clear visual hierarchy, and a cohesive design system, the platform ensures that every touchpoint—from inquiry to treatment—is smooth and reassuring.
This solution balances patient confidence with operational efficiency, demonstrating how thoughtful UX and UI design can transform a complex, multi-stakeholder process into a seamless digital experience.

Project Description
PureHealth required a platform that could handle both patient-facing interactions and staff operations for medical tourism services. My role encompassed end-to-end UX and UI design, including wireframing, prototyping, and crafting a responsive visual system that aligns with the healthcare brand.
For patients, the platform provides clear treatment options, detailed service information, and an intuitive booking workflow. For staff and coordinators, the dashboard centralizes patient data, tracks treatment schedules, and provides actionable insights. I applied UX methods such as journey mapping, task analysis, and usability testing to identify friction points and improve user efficiency.
The UI design emphasizes clean layouts, readable typography, and consistent visual patterns, while micro-interactions and modular components guide users naturally through complex processes. Compared to other medical tourism solutions, this project stands out by combining operational efficiency with a polished, trustworthy patient experience.
